**ROLE**
As Mid -Value Gifts Specialist, you will use your relationship fundraising experience to proactively engage and steward existing mid value prospects and identify new potential donors with the capacity to make mid-tier gifts and Nation Changers Syndicate commitments.
Reporting to the Head of Advancement and working closely with internal and external stakeholders, this is an incredible opportunity to make a real sustainable impact in the area of Indigenous education.
The role is busy and varied and will suit an experienced fundraising professional looking to move into a mid-tier gift position with demonstrated experience in cultivating relationships and securing gifts; meeting targets and executing superior stakeholder skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure successful implementation of the Strategic Plan.
- Undertake research of known and potential high net worth supporters.
- Engage and cultivate new and existing prospects with the aim of soliciting mid-tier gifts of $25,000 or more.
- Increase major giving securing new NCS and gift commitments of $25,000 or more.
- Assist with coordination of moves management process.
- Coordinate, track and prompt Relationship Managers for all individuals you choreograph.
- Prepare proposals, solicitation and other cultivation and stewardship material for NCS, CNCS and Mid-Tier prospects and donors.
- Assist with development of fundraising priorities and Case for Support.
- Represent the organisation internally and externally.
**YOUR SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Demonstrated experience in related field/related with experience of driving income through relationship cultivation.
- An interest in learning best practice fundraising and recent trends and guidance in relation to major donor fundraising.
- High level verbal and written communication skills creating proposals, impact reports and cases for support.
- Exemplary interpersonal skills including effective listening, empathy, discretion, diplomacy and ability to build and sustain relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Practised in managing a prospect/sales pipeline using data to inform decision making.
- Proven ability to plan, develop, deliver and monitor large projects with success in achieving agreed outcomes and timelines.
- High levels of attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Positive can-do attitude with strong work ethic and ability to operate well as part of a team.
