The role of the Education Assistant is to support teachers in delivering educational programs for students with disabilities. The successful applicant will be part of a collaborative team that works together to meet the needs of all students.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in the delivery of educational programs for students with disabilities.
* Work collaboratively with other educators to develop and implement educational plans.
* Provide individualized support to students as needed.
* Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Good written and oral communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with students, teachers, and parents.
* Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of health and physical disabilities in students and adolescents.
