This role involves delivering technical support and engineering services to a diverse customer base, working in both office and site environments.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Provide expert technical support and service delivery to customers and project teams.
 * Carry out routine maintenance tasks, breakdown service, and commissioning as assigned by the service manager.
 * Work on smaller projects as a control systems engineer, including design (software & hardware), development, commissioning, and verification activities.
 * Gain expertise in various engineering disciplines through hands-on experience as a service engineer.
 * Offer IT services to the organization, including network configuration, server management, desktop solutions, and workstation setup.
 * Participate in the rotational on-call roster.
Requirements:
 * Hold a tertiary qualification in Electrical / Electronic or a related discipline or trade background.
 * Possess an Australian Driver's License and own a motor vehicle.
 * Meet the eligibility criteria for work in Australia.
