Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager (or Sales Specialist, as we call internally) in our Professional (Out Of Home) business in WA. You will spend the majority of your time hunting for new accounts primarily in the Clubs & Leisure segments whilst also maintaining a territory of existing customer accounts in Hotels, Healthcare and Café segments. Brand tools at your disposal include Piazza D'oro, Espresso di Manfredi, L'OR, Pickwick and Moccona as well as other well‐known brands to help you drive sales.
Your time will be focused on the road hunting for new customers and managing current customers and one day will be spent in the Kingsgrove office with your team, where you'll get to complete admin work, and share wins and learnings from the week with your team members.

Responsibilities
* Proactively retain and grow existing customers through early contract renewals, strong relationship management, and consistent territory engagement.
* Execute the Territory Journey Plan with regular visits, ensuring high service standards, coffee quality, and brand excellence.
* Drive revenue growth by identifying up‐sell, cross‐sell, and promotional opportunities in partnership with customers and marketing.
* Manage customer accounts effectively, including Salesforce records, contract compliance, and collaboration with Accounts Receivable.
* Achieve sales targets by delivering agreed objectives across each sales cycle and maximising territory performance.
* Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting opportunities through tailored proposals.
Qualifications
* Strong sales experience, ideally with selling to customers such as Cafes, Hotels, Healthcare & Clubs etc.
* Experience working in the coffee industry is an advantage.
* A passion for coffee with the ability to engage new and existing customers in a highly professional manner (experience working in coffee is a plus)
* Be comfortable working autonomously while on the road seeing customers and as a team.
* You're a proactive go‐getter and excited to explore our commercial opportunities in WA
* Preferably you have experience working with a CRM system
* Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
* A driver's license and valid long‐term AU work rights
