Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to fill the role of Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales goals by meeting key performance indicators and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and develop existing customer volumes and margins as per branch requirements
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular contact and scheduling
* Ensure timely completion of all calls as per monthly call schedule
* Submit reports on due dates, providing insight into customer activity and market trends
* Identify opportunities to increase sales volume and pass leads to relevant personnel for follow-up
* Monitor and report on product categories in relation to margin, volume, and competitor activity
* Secure customer re-signs and prepare business case models for approval
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of field sales experience with a clean and valid driver's license
* Strong customer focus, results-driven attitude, and negotiation skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
