With such an iconic, essential business in the Australian landscape we are confident that you too will be proud to grow your career at Elders and wear the pink shirt.**About the role** As a Sunfam Procurement Officer - Irrigation, you will be responsible for executing category strategies to deliver cost savings, ensure supply continuity, and improve efficiency through best-practice procurement processes. Supplier performance management, and internal process optimisation. You will also be responsible for managing Stock on Hand, forecasting for projects, stocktakes and maximising Sunfam and Elders combined buying powers with our suppliers. **Responsibilities*** Use data-driven analysis to assess spend, benchmark costs, identify savings opportunities, and drive implementation* Manage supplier performance through KPIs/SLAs and conduct regular reviews to ensure best-practice procurement* Engage and balance stakeholder needs across the business, ensuring customer focus and strong cross-level relationships* Maintain and improve the procurement pipeline, optimising team workload and reducing operational peaks* Identify and drive improvements across Procurement and inventory management process* Support accurate vendor master data, uphold safety priorities, and contribute to category hierarchy management* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timeframes are communicated to ensure projects are delivered on time:**About you*** Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement/commodity management* Proven use of category management and spend analysis to identify and drive cost savings, supported by strong business acumen and Excel-based cost/benefit and scenario analysis* Strong understanding of inventory management, KPIs and SLAs, and experience leading supplier performance reviews* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including comfort with difficult conversations* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with intermediate Excel capability and familiarity* Knowledge of Domestic, commercial and agriculture irrigation, Rural products an advantage however not necessary**About Sunfam**Sunfam has a long history within the Bundaberg and wider region supporting communities with water solutions for Domestic, commercial and agricultural industries - we support local business, employee local staff and invest in the community we live in.
