Job Title: Educator - Early Years
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to join our early years centre. The successful candidate will work closely with lead educators to assist in the provision of the curriculum, enhancing the program by supporting and being committed to the principles of Reggio Emilia and Nature Play pedagogy.

The educator will play a pivotal role in developing children's interest and curiosity for learning, promoting a love of learning that lasts a lifetime. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the provision of the curriculum and enhance the program through the application of Reggio Emilia and Nature Play pedagogy
* Work closely with lead educators to support and promote children's learning and development
* Develop and implement engaging and interactive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A willingness to support the school's values and ethos
* An approved qualification in early childhood education and care or related field
* A South Australian Working with Children Check
* Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (Fundamentals and Masterclass) – Certificate
* First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012)
