Kai Rho Contracting delivers essential services to mining operations, including waste management, site fuel distribution, earthworks, civil works and dust suppression.
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to join our FIFO 8/6 roster in a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to Senior Management, this hands-on role is critical to ensuring smooth site operations across all Kai Rho functions. The successful candidate will be highly organised, driven, and confident managing day-to-day site activities while maintaining compliance with all procedures and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company procedures, processes, and ISO requirements.
* Uphold and promote Kai Rho Contracting's health, safety, environmental and quality standards at all times.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and labour to maintain efficient workflow.
* Monitor daily site activities and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
* Identify and manage risks, resolving issues promptly to minimise delays.
* Ensure compliance with accredited business standards and continuous improvement practices.
* Maintain clear communication between site teams, management, and clients.
* Oversee scheduling, site productivity, and quality control outcomes.
* Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within civil construction or contracting.
* Strong understanding of documented procedures, systems, and structured processes.
* Sound knowledge of accredited business systems and the ability to meet ISO compliance requirements.
* Computer literate, with confidence in using project management software, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance on site.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Solid understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and best practices.
* Relevant trade qualification or industry certifications (desirable).
