Compliance Manager Job Summary
This is a permanent, full-time position responsible for guiding centre managers through internal audits, assessment and rating readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* We are seeking an experienced compliance professional to join our team and provide expert guidance on NQF, National Law & Regulations, and CCS compliance.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy drafting, risk management, WHS, and incident reporting, as well as experience in delivering training and coaching to empower centre leadership teams.
About the Role
This role involves ensuring all centres stay audit-ready by owning compliance workflows, supporting policy drafting, risk management, and incident reporting across multiple services in collaboration with operations managers and people & culture manager.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Developing and implementing compliance strategies to ensure centres meet regulatory requirements.
* Sourcing information from reports, documents, and other sources to improve the understanding of complex issues.
* Maintaining accurate records and providing insights into metrics and other statistical data.
