Therapy Services Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our multi-disciplinary Therapy Services team as a New Graduate clinician.
As a member of our team, you will be working with children, adolescents and adults who require therapy services. You will be responsible for delivering therapy programs that promote choice and control for participants in relation to their NDIS goals.
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about supporting people with disability and have an interest in learning skills across a broad caseload and lifespan. They will also be looking to gain diverse experience, enjoy working collaboratively and learning from their peers, and be values-driven, self-motivated and organised.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centred therapy programs that promote choice and control for participants in relation to their NDIS goals.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, carers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
