Job Summary

This role presents a great opportunity to support the accounts department in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for assisting with accounts processing, making and taking calls, and covering reception as needed.


Key Responsibilities

* Process and manage accounts transactions
* Assist with administrative tasks
* Cover reception duties when required


Requirements

* Experience in coordinating accounts - receivable/payable
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
