* Key Responsibilities:
* Craft lesson plans that cover various front-of-house techniques
* Evaluate learner skills through practical assessment
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including safe food handling practices
* Provide guidance and feedback to enhance learners' skills
Requirements:
* A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - essential
* Front-of-house and bar/restaurant experience - essential
* Hospitality qualification/s is desirable
* Current RSA or Gaming license and experience is desirable
* Essential Skills: effective communication, organisation, ability to guide learners
About the Role:
We're looking for sharp, service-driven hospitality professionals to work from our Collins Street Campus in Hobart. As a Teacher, you will develop learners' knowledge and abilities, demonstrating customer service skills and professional standards required for the fast pace of the bar, restaurant and gaming operations.
This is a casual position, working in morning, afternoon and/or evening sessions on any given day.
