Responsibilities As part of our Accommodation Services team, you'll provide consistent, person-centred support that helps participants live with independence and dignity.
Your day-to-day may include: Supporting people with daily living, personal care, and routines.
Helping create a safe, comfortable home environment by assisting with cooking, cleaning, and household tasks.
Encouraging participants to build independence and connect meaningfully with their community.
Administering medication and following support plans with professionalism.
Building strong relationships with families, colleagues, and coordinators to provide the best possible care.
Keeping accurate records to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualifications What You Bring A calm, compassionate, and respectful approach.
The ability to listen and empower people to make their own choices.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Patience, resilience, and confidence in managing day-to-day challenges.
A commitment to doing the right thing-even when no one is watching.
Experience in disability support, aged care, mental health, or community services will be highly regarded.
Requirements What You'll Need A valid Driver's Licence & reliable transport.
Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children's Check, and First Aid (we can help you obtain these if needed).
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
