As we continue to expand, we're seeking a hands-onHead of Operations and Cultureto lead daily operations while shaping a high-performing, values-driven team.
This isnot a desk-bound management role.
You'll be active in the business—improving systems, lifting efficiency, supporting your team and driving a strong operational rhythm.
What You'll Lead
In this role, you'll take responsibility for:
Managing daily operations and workflow across Production Assembly, Warehouse, Inventory and Purchasing
Enhancing efficiency through systems, processes and technology platforms
Leading team meetings, onboarding, training and development
Maintaining strong client retention through reliable, premium service
Owning reporting dashboards, KPIs and operational metrics
Championing a fun, professional culture built on collaboration, accountability and our core values (Quality, Integrity, Relationships, Innovation)
Are You the Right Fit?
We're looking for someone who blends operational discipline with values-driven leadership.
You'll ideally have:
Experience as an Operations Manager or in a senior operational leadership role
Experience in manufacturing, trades, construction or industrial sectors (desirable)
High attention to detail
A genuine "roll up your sleeves" approach that inspires and motivates your team
Confidence stepping into the trenches when needed, leading by example and supporting your people on the ground
A strong track record in team culture development and delivering operational/financial outcomes
Demonstrated ability to optimise operations using systems and technology
Advanced understanding and experience with ERP systems is required
