We're looking for a
Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator
to bring fresh ideas, strong design skills, and a can-do attitude to our brand. This is a
part-time role (3 days per week)
based on the Gold Coast - perfect for someone who loves variety, autonomy, and a good team culture.
About The Role
You'll be the creative engine behind our marketing and brand presence, working alongside our directors and property associates to keep the GV identity sharp, consistent, and engaging.
Your weekly tasks will include:
* Designing and producing
Information Memorandums, brochures, and marketing materials
* Creating social media posts and marketing content
* Managing and updating property listings
on our website and portals
* Maintaining and updating our
track record portfolio
* Supporting the Property Associates
with daily marketing coordination
* Leading the ongoing
refresh of the GV brand personality
We'd love to meet someone who:
* Has experience in graphic design and marketing coordination
* Is confident in Adobe Creative Suite
* Has a great eye for layout, branding, and content presentation
* Is organised, reliable, and enjoys working independently
* Appreciates a laid-back, good-vibes team culture
