We have been exclusively engaged by a leading Recruitment Agency currently experiencing an era of growth. Known for their high-performance culture and "people-first" philosophy, they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to step into a warm, fast-paced legal support desk.
About The Role
You will be the first point of contact for all roles within legal support. You will manage Temp and Perm roles and recruit roles such as Legal Secretaries, client services managers, administrators, receptionists, EA's, PA's and all other roles that support a legal office.

What You'll Do:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across your specialised portfolio, within Legal Support
* Writing and managing job advertisements
* Proactively sourcing, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
* Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Coordinating interviews, managing offers, and guiding all parties through the hiring journey
What You Bring:
* Experience: 1–5 years of recruitment experience,
* Agency recruitment experience is essential for this role
* Background: Experience in White Collar Sectors such as Legal Support, Business Support, Professional Services
* You are a master multitasker who thrives on a fast-paced environment.
* You are a natural communicator and a genuine people person who builds trust quickly.
