About the Job
* We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Representative to drive business growth within their designated territory.
* They will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets.
* The role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospecting and Expansion: Sourcing new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, industry events, and other channels.
* Hitting Sales Targets: Managing the full sales pipeline from lead generation through to close.
* Customer Account Management: Maintaining close relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, providing support, and addressing any challenges they face with our products.
* Territory Ownership: Taking ownership of the territory, working closely with regional agricultural groups to foster deep relationships across the beef industry.
* Customer Onboarding: Assisting in owning the end-to-end customer experience during onboarding and deployment of our product.
* Field Learnings and Feedback: Serving as the primary point of contact for gathering customer feedback in the territory, working closely with Support, Product, and R&D teams to share insights from the field that can drive product improvements and innovations.
* Collaborating with Support Teams: Partnering with the Support Team to resolve any issues customers encounter quickly.
