An established, privately owned insurance brokerage is seeking a broker to join its SME and Personal Lines team.
This role has been created to ensure the team is well resourced, supporting a genuine work-life balance while continuing to deliver service that exceeds client expectations.
The successful candidate will hold a minimum Tier 2 Broking qualification and bring an enthusiastic, client-focused approach to supporting both clients and colleagues. You will be aligned with strong core values and take pride in delivering quality insurance solutions.

The business is large and capable enough to deliver sophisticated insurance solutions, while remaining free from traditional "head office" constraints that can limit flexibility and autonomy.
A modern working model allows team members to work away from the office up to three days per week, in addition to enjoying one RDO per month. Team members are fully equipped with the tools and systems required to work efficiently both remotely and in the office.
