PRD Ballarat Real Estate is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Real Estate Support Person with a passion for exceptional client service.
You'll step into a friendly, stable team that works hard, backs each other, and enjoys the wins together. This full-time role supports our sales team with daily administration and client care, helping to keep campaigns on track and our clients informed.
What you'll do
• Provide day-to-day admin support across listings and sales
• Prepare documents, manage databases, and coordinate appointments
• Assist with marketing schedules, open homes, and client follow-up
• Keep communication clear, timely, and professional at every step
What you'll bring
• Strong customer service focus and confident communication
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Positive, can-do approach with a willingness to learn
• Prior experience in real estate or contracts is helpful but not essential
• Agent's Representative Certificate is a bonus (we can train the right person)
