Role Overview
This position plays a crucial part in managing accounts receivable and implementing effective credit control strategies.
1. Credit Control Responsibilities:
* Monitor outstanding customer invoices for prompt payment and follow up where necessary.
* Liaise with customers and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and account queries.
* Daily reconciliation of bank statements ensures accurate allocation of receipts to customer accounts.
