* We are seeking an experienced Track Machine Maintainer or Heavy Mobile Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:

This is a permanent position, with an attractive base salary and annual incentive bonus. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely maintaining and improving track machines, working closely with the maintenance team to identify defects and provide feedback on asset performance and health.
">
1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Safely maintain and improve track machines assets from Tampers, Regulators and Mobile Flash Butts.
">
3. Identify defects and provide feedback on asset performance and health through our asset management system.
">
4. Raise notifications and complete work orders in accordance with job instructions.
">
o Support the defect elimination process and contribute to work management analysis and asset tactics reviews to enhance overall asset performance.
">
o Ensure that work management activities are executed in accordance with job instructions.
">
+ Undertake post-maintenance equipment commissioning and clean-up.
">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
The ideal candidate will have:
">
* A Heavy Duty Diesel Trade certificate – Mechanical or Fitting.
">
o Strong background in Heavy Mobile Equipment.
">
o Background in Rail Track Maintenance Machine repairs and maintenance advantageous.
">
+ Sound understanding of hydraulic principles.
">
* Current manual 'C' Class Driver's License.
">
o Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
">
+ Able to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently and autonomously.
