Responsibilities
Provide a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services
Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain a clean and serene spa environment
Ensure all equipment and products are used and stored correctly
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy
Organize daily therapist schedules
Communicate effectively with guest enquiries
Qualifications
Trained in Comfort Zone, Skin Regimen and HydraFacial is preferred
Outlook, Excel and basic computer skills, previous experience with booking systems preferred
Certification in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy or a related field
Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences
A valid RSA and Police Check is essential
