Clinical Service Leadership Role
This leadership position oversees the strategic direction of integrated services teams, aligning with operational guidelines.
* Develop and lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide primary care and support for individuals accessing services across QLD.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical, financial, administrative systems, and billing processes.
* Ensure service teams operate within a framework of continuous quality improvement and risk management.
* Facilitate meetings of the Clinical Governance Committees and associated subcommittees.
The ideal candidate will have:
* General AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* Minimum 2 years' experience managing a mental health service.
* Demonstrated experience working within a recovery-based model.
* Expertise in managing a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, with the ability to lead coordination of care for individuals with complex needs.
* Highly-developed communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines in a high-demand work environment.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
