Product & Systems Training Specialist

A growing and well-established property group is seeking a Product & Systems Training Specialist to support the adoption and utilisation of internal systems and third-party platforms across a high-performing sales network.
This role works closely with Regional Sales Managers, Business Support teams and Sales Operations leadership to ensure teams are confident, capable and consistently utilising the tools that drive operational efficiency and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver product and systems training to sales and support teams across the network
* Design and coordinate structured onboarding programs for new team members
* Manage the administration, planning and delivery of onboarding and training processes
* Package and communicate product launches, updates and system changes to the network
* Develop training metrics and performance insights to measure adoption and effectiveness
* Act as the internal champion for systems knowledge and utilisation
* Deliver induction sessions and support new staff onboarding
* Coordinate systems access setup in collaboration with HR and IT
* Maintain training materials, onboarding documentation and program records
* Monitor onboarding effectiveness through feedback, testing and performance metrics
* Provide recommendations to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency
* Support cross-functional projects and operational initiatives as required
* Deliver in-person training across multiple office locations when required

Skills & Experience
* Experience in training, onboarding or systems implementation
* Strong understanding of real estate operations or property industry processes (highly regarded)
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience developing training materials and onboarding programs
* Comfortable working within a continuous improvement environment
* Willingness to travel to offices to deliver in-person training
