The Project Officer reports to the Director and engages with leaders and staff across the SA Housing Trust, providing executive support, expert advice and project skills to support both the Maintenance and Remote Housing Directorate and SA Housing Trust's strategic outcomes.
The role is expected to work under broad guidelines to lead, plan, coordinate and deliver projects, activities and advice related to the Maintenance and Remote Housing Directorate. The role is responsible for preparing high quality written reports, conducting data collection and managing research and analysis to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
The role is also responsible for the development and implementation of efficient and effective directorate-wide administrative systems and practices and the development and implementation of directorate KPI reporting systems, with a high focus on timeliness and accuracy.
**Special Conditions**
- Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Clearance prior to being employed.
**Role Status**
Short term contract up to 1 May 2025.
**Requirements**:
Desirable - Post-secondary qualifications in business management (e.g. Property, Human Resources, etc.) or Project Management qualifications.
