About the Role
* Support the Principal Solicitor in handling complex cases and mentoring junior solicitors.
* Develop and deliver Outreach and Community Legal Education (CLE) Programs to regional hubs of the Wheatbelt.
You'll provide professional advice, assistance, and limited representation to clients while promoting access to justice and supporting community development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise and support clients in family law, family violence, minor criminal, civil, and criminal injuries compensation matters.
* Mentor junior solicitors and restricted legal practitioners in complex case management.
* Lead CLE efforts and develop delivery strategies for outreach programs.
