Key Responsibilities
* Manage a dedicated residential portfolio in the Butler and northern coastal areas.
* Maintain exceptional, proactive communication with landlords and tenants.
* Conduct routine inspections, final inspections, and co-ordinate maintenance (with a supportive admin team helping you carry the load).
* Utilise Ailo for your day-to-day workflow, leveraging inbuilt checklists and smooth administrative operations.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: A proven track record as a Property Manager confidently managing your own portfolio.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with (or a strong willingness to master) Ailo and modern real estate software.
* Licences & Registration: A current WA Property Management Registration, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's licence.
* Attitude: A positive, collaborative mindset that thrives in a team-oriented environment.
