About The Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Technical Writers for a Perth based role. This role is offering a Monday to Friday roster, Perth based. In this role, you will manage documentation projects by scoping, creating, and overseeing workflows while ensuring governance standards are met. Youll work closely with the Information Control team to review, write, and format documents, supporting clear and consistent communication across RTIO.
Key Responsibilities
* Writing controlled documents such as Work Practices, Guidance Notes, Procedures, and User Guides
* Consolidate information to identify and apply best practices
* Participate in meetings and contribute insights
* Improve policies and procedures using continuous improvement methods
* Manage stakeholder relationships for documentation projects - including travel to site on an ad-hoc basis
* Support the Senior Advisor with project scoping, quotes, and timelines
Skills & Experience
* Technical Writing background essential, mine site experience is an advantage
* Advanced professional and technical writing skills
* The ability to work independently and actively participate within a team environment M
* Able to organise and facilitate meetings
* Present problem-solving initiatives to customers
* Experience with using the Microsoft Office suite, business systems and communications tools
* Willingness to work to, and educate others on governance-based processes and standards
* Ability to manage own workload

* Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills Previous Technical Writing Experience
