About the Role
The Chief of Staff is a pivotal role at EHPlabs. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, people and performance, this role will help ensure that EHP continues its impressive growth trajectory, operating rhythm and leadership effectiveness.
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief of Staff will act as an execution leader and accountability driver, while also holding ownership of the People & Culture function and people budget to ensure our organisational design, capability and culture scale in line with the business. A key part of this role is also driving the organisation's AI enablement agenda—embedding smarter ways of working across teams and functions.
This is a highly visible, global role suited to a leader who can move seamlessly between commercial rigour, people leadership and hands‐on execution.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
People & Culture Leadership
* Hold responsibility for the People & Culture function, ensuring alignment between business strategy, organisational design and talent capability
* Own and manage the people budget, balancing cost discipline with investment in critical capability and growth
* Drive performance management, leadership effectiveness and succession planning across the business
* Reinforce a high-performance culture grounded in ownership, accountability and EHP values
AI Enablement & Innovation
* Own and drive EHPlabs' AI enablement agenda across the business—identifying opportunities, prioritising use cases and building internal capability
* Work with function leads to embed AI tools and workflows that improve speed, output quality and team capacity
* Partner with Technology & Innovation to evaluate and deploy AI solutions aligned to business priorities
* Champion a culture of smart adoption—helping teams get comfortable with AI as part of everyday work
* Track AI adoption metrics and report on ROI and impact to leadership
Strategy Execution & Special Projects
* Own and drive execution of short, medium and long‐term strategic initiatives
* Lead high‐impact, cross‐functional projects on behalf of the CEO
* Ensure momentum, alignment and accountability across the organisation
* Translate vision into clear priorities, milestones and measurable outcomes
Executive Team Cadence & Accountability
* Act as the 'senior team whip'—setting agendas, tracking actions and driving follow‐through
* Establish and maintain a disciplined global reporting and performance cadence
* Ensure leaders are accountable to revenue targets, KPIs and delivery commitments
Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Build clear, consistent communication and reporting systems across the organisation
* Act as a key liaison between the CEO, Executive Team, Senior Leaders and external stakeholders
* Prepare executive, board and investor‐level materials
Financial & Commercial Oversight
* Review performance and profitability across all business units
* Partner closely with the CFO to ensure EBITDA targets are achieved and costs—including people costs—are tightly managed
* Surface commercial risks, trends and opportunities
Risk & Crisis Management
* Identify organisational and operational risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Play a key role in managing crises and high‐stakes situations alongside the CEO and leadership team
About You
* Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, or senior operational leadership role
* Strong executor with exceptional project management capability and a bias for action
* Demonstrated experience leading People & Culture, organisational performance and workforce planning
* Hands‐on experience with AI tools and a genuine appetite for driving adoption—you don't just talk about AI, you use it
* Commercially astute, with confidence reviewing financial and people‐related budgets
* Comfortable operating at executive and board level with high judgement and discretion
* Exceptional communicator who can influence without authority
* Resilient, highly organised and energised by fast‐paced, high‐growth environments
