About Kapooka Health Centre
Kapooka Health Centre & Clinic are approximately 10 minutes outside of Wagga Wagga within the Kapooka Military area located at Blamey Barracks. All soldiers in the Army complete Basic Training here and why it is known as the "Home of the Soldier". These health facilities support the Army Recruit Training Centre (ARTC). It has a 50-bed low dependency ward which operates 24/7. Services provided include primary medical, nursing, dental, mental health, pharmaceutical and physiotherapy. Health Centre staff may be required to work across Wagga & Kapooka. Standard hours of operation are generally 0700-1600 Monday to Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on‐call shifts).

What You'll Do
* Deliver nursing care to Defence personnel under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
* Provide outpatient care, and where required support inpatient care within a health centre or hospital setting
* Administer medications (where endorsed) in line with legislative requirements and clinical protocols
* Assist with patient assessments, treatment plans and health promotion activities
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality care
What You Bring
* Current unconditional and unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
* Minimum two years' post registration nursing experience in acute care, primary healthcare or similar setting within the last five years
* Medication endorsement (if applicable to role requirements)
* Commitment to clinical governance, infection control and high‐quality patient care
* Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
* Australian Citizenship required (baseline security clearance)
* Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development
