Area Manager – ESCO (Hybrid Role)
As an Area Manager at ESCO, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and operational excellence by overseeing on- product performance and delivering exceptional customer support. Your strategic insights and proactive engagement will uncover growth opportunities across a broad portfolio, helping expand market share and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Product Performance & Market Share: Monitor mining attachments and ground-engaging tools on-site to maintain and grow market share through performance insights and strategic recommendations.
Business Development & Opportunity Capture: Identify, qualify, and secure new opportunities across various product families to expand ESCO's footprint and revenue.
Customer Relationship & Technical Support: Build strong site-level relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and provide technical support, training, and reporting to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Knowledge, Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or trade certification in a mechanical field or equivalent technical experience.
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the mining sector, with a solid understanding of surface mining extraction techniques and operational workflows.
Strong familiarity with mining products, mobile equipment, and ground-engaging tools (GET). Ability to interpret general arrangement (GA) drawings and perform detailed equipment inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Salesforce CRM, and internal business systems used for inventory, reporting, and customer management.
Hold a current driver's license.
