The Organisation
Our client is a well recognised and renowned organisation based in Melbourne's south east of Dandenong. They are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious payroll individual to join their finance team on a part time basis.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however not exclusive to:
* Processing of a large payroll on a weekly basis
* Interpreting with differing EBA's and Awards
* Processing salary sacrificing and packaging
* Payroll reporting and reconciliations
* Setting up new starters within the payroll system, as well terminations
* Payroll related queries and concerns
* Be involved in an exciting system implementation
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will obtain the following attributes, however not limited to:
* Has experience in end to end processing of payroll within previous roles
* Ability to work within a team environment
* Wanting to progress their career within payroll, with a strong ability to learn & adapt
* Strong attention to detail with their work
