Job Description:
The Ambassador of Workplace Excellence is a key role in delivering exceptional on-site services to clients and staff. As the first point of contact, this individual will provide genuine hospitality and thoughtful services to create a welcoming, safe, and productive workplace.
This position plays a pivotal role in building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met to minimize escalations. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day running of office premises, including general service delivery, meeting room management, and administration support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming employees with genuine hospitality and thoughtful services
* Providing authentic service experiences that bond the relationship between JLL and our clients
* Coordinating meetings, events, and other activities
* Managing mailroom operations and delivering administration support
* Driving digital influence by maximizing the use of digital distribution of correspondence

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
* Excellent time management and project management skills
* Experience in hospitality or corporate concierge
* Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Good command of verbal and written English
