Customer Services Champion
Lloyds Auctions is a dynamic and growing company servicing customers and businesses nationally and internationally.

Position Details: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with an hour for lunch and two ten-minute tea breaks.
What Your Day Will Be Filled With:
Customer Service
* Be the friendly face of the business. You love to help others.
* Engage in professional communication with customers and business representatives.
* Respond promptly to all customer requests.
Administration
* Update customer and product records in the CRM system.
* Keep accurate records of all telephone and email conversations.
* Perform general administrative tasks as requested by the manager.
Stock Movement
* Move stock around the warehouse and yard (a manual car license is required).
* Learn to operate heavy machinery for stock movement when needed.
What You Excel At:
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to high performance.
* Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
* Mid-level technical knowledge of Microsoft Office.

* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
