IT Business Support Supervisor
We are seeking an IT professional to implement a new point of sales system and manage all IT needs within the company. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
About the Role
* Learn our processes and systems to implement the new point of sales system.
* Train staff and customers in using the new point of sales system.
* Implement new IT ideas to improve workflow and communication within the business and with clients.
* Problem-solve IT questions and queries from customers and colleagues.
* Work within our IT network to achieve company goals.
* Manage daily communication via phone calls, emails, and other channels with customers and colleagues.
* Travel locally, regionally, and interstate to train customers on the new point of sales system.
* Maintain all IT systems, printers, and software to ensure they are up to date.
Requirements
1. An excellent understanding of IT and company processes and systems.
2. Experience with point of sales systems in large companies.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to liaise across all levels of staff, management, and customers.
5. A passion for innovation and problem-solving.
6. Proactive and self-motivated, with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
