About the Role
As a Support Worker you will provide meaningful, in‑home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Your work will vary daily and may include personal care, domestic assistance, transport to appointments, and social and community support.
Responsibilities
* Personal care and domestic assistance for clients with disabilities or aged care needs.
* Transport clients to appointments, activities, and social engagements.
* Provide social and community support to enhance client wellbeing.
* Support clients with complex needs, receiving comprehensive training before the role.
Qualifications
* Minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care).
* Pass NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or willing to apply).
* Pass Police Check issued within the last 6 months.
* Hold a current First Aid Certificate.
* Have a valid driver's licence, a roadworthy and insured vehicle.
* Own a personal smartphone compatible with company systems and apps.
* Have a genuine passion for supporting people living with a disability.
* Preferred: Previous experience in disability or aged care.
