BET Group Global (registered NDIS provider) is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support clinical governance, deliver high‑quality care, and promote safe, person‑centered outcomes across our services. About the role You will assess and admit participants, develop and monitor health support plans, review medications and PRN use, provide clinical advice and mentoring to staff, complete clinical documentation and audits, participate in incident investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will support WHS and risk management, conduct house checks, and provide rostered on‑call clinical support as required. Key requirements Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and current AHPRA registration. Demonstrated experience in clinical care and familiarity with NDIS practice standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Strong clinical documentation, audit, and incident investigation skills. Ability to develop and implement health support plans, provide clinical mentoring, and apply evidence‑based practice. Proficient with IT systems for clinical records and reporting. Current SA driver's license and willingness to travel across BET locations. Must have the right to work in Australia and provide evidence. Working With Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check.
