About The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Services Development Worker to join our organization. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.
Main Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Childcare Coordinator to develop and implement an effective educational program in all services.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all children and their families.
* Support Afterschool care programs and Vacation Care to ensure child ratio across services is maintained.
* Provide guidance and instruction to the Supported Playgroup Facilitator.
Key Skills And Qualifications
* A Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of child development theory and practice.
