Job Description
As a sales performance specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong retail presence through the execution of merchandising tasks and ensuring adequate stock levels. You will also assist with in-store promotions and selling initiatives.
Daily Tasks
* Perform merchandising duties at store level according to established trade standards.
* Maximise sales by identifying opportunities to increase product visibility and promote customer engagement.
* Ensure that stock is available on displays and that correct pricing and point-of-sale materials are in place.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with store personnel through open communication.
* Adhere to a scheduled call plan and complete all in-store tasks as assigned by management.
* Support the achievement of business objectives by selling, managing merchandise, and resolving non-compliance issues.
* Strictly adhere to provided health and safety guidelines.
