About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Upholsterer to join our team at Creation Design, a dynamic manufacturing company located in Malaga, Western Australia. As a full-time Upholsterer, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality upholstered products, playing a vital role in our company's operations.
What you'll be doing
* Upholstery & cutting in both commercial & domestic industries, making Sofa's, booth seating & bed's along with refurbishment of existing soft furnishings
* Performing quality checks and making adjustments to ensure products meet the required standards
* Collaborating with other team members to optimise production workflows and identify areas for improvement
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
What we're looking for
* Several years of experience as an Upholsterer, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
* Familiarity with industrial upholstery-related equipment
* A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
