Job Description
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll support the daily management of the restaurant. You will lead the team through busy service periods, train crew, proactively improve the guest experience, and support inventory and financial management as required. Our stores are open 7 days a week and we need managers with availability between 5 AM and 12 AM.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team in a busy, high‐volume hospitality environment.
* Deliver exceptional customer service.
* Provide crew training and development.
* Support inventory and financial management (P&L).
* Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
Qualifications
* Experience leading a team in a high‐volume hospitality environment.
* Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience managing restaurant financials (P&L).
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
* Exceptional communication skills.
