About the Role
You will be expected to lead by example, fostering strong relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers. Your product knowledge and expertise will be essential in promoting top brands effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage workshop operations to achieve set targets and KPIs
* Develop and maintain strong customer, client, and supplier relationships
* Monitor and report on weekly/monthly performance metrics to senior management
* Promote top brands through effective product knowledge utilization
* Ensure adherence to our Quality Assurance System at all times
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment for staff and customers
Requirements
* A strong work ethic and passion for cars, mechanics, and the automotive industry
* Lead by example, delivering exceptional service and creating lasting customer impressions
* A minimum of two years' experience managing an automotive service centre or similar with a proven sales record
* Trade qualification preferred but not essential
* A valid WA Driver's license is required
* Candidate must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Western Australia
