Overview
I run a B2B buying group for electricians with high monthly client spend ($40K–$400K per client). The business has successful leads, strong conversion, and a proven offer. I need help structuring the backend so everything flows efficiently and scales. This is not purely an online operation – it involves digital systems, consultancy, supplier interaction, and ongoing client management.
Responsibilities
* Map out the best overall structure of the business.
* Refine the order of operations from lead client onboarding to live ongoing management.
* Identify where processes can be simplified, standardised, or automated.
* Improve how different parts of the business connect and flow together.
* Bring clarity to who does what, when, and how.
* Develop a clear visual flow/diagram of the full business process.
* Create a structured system that can be followed by the team, with clear steps and ownership for each stage.
Qualifications
* 5+ years experience in business operations, onboarding systems, or workflow design.
* Strong ability to understand and structure real‐world business processes.
* Experience working with service‐based or B2B businesses.
* Ability to ask the right questions and quickly identify inefficiencies.
* Hands‐on, practical approach and ability to work directly with me.
Deliverables
* A clear visual flow/diagram of the full business process.
* A structured system that can be followed by the team.
Requirements
Applicants must have fluent English and be confident working through detailed discussions.
