Your role will play a significant part in the company’s growth and overall success by delivering quality service to our customers while performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.
What you will do:
- Service and repair of material handling equipment – Help Crown build positive customer experiences
- Quote and rebuild a wide range of MHE to high standards
- Operate at the forefront of the MHE industry with access to our newest models

- Complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program

Typical Technician Tasks:
- Conduct scheduled and breakdown services with a customer-focused approach
- Record and file service documentation accurately
- Participate in training and progression opportunities, including mentoring less experienced technicians
- Stay updated on technical knowledge, including automation and telematics technologies
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new products
- Collaborate to maximize sales and service opportunities within a dedicated customer base
