Excite Labs is an off shoot of Lloyds Auctions Group of Companies, handling its inbound customer service, data entry and outbound sales activities for Lloyds Auctions and other companies in the Lloyds Group as well as external clients. Customer Service
Be the friendly face of the business. You love to help our customers who have questons to ask and are looking for straight forward, easy to undersand and help answers.
Communication
Professional communication with customers and business representatives as required.
Teamwork
Do whatever it takes to help your teammates succeed.
Administration
Update customer and product records in the CRM system, keeping accurate records of all telephone, txt, email and online chat conversations.

About the role:
Our part-time positions are available in our busy call centre, so a love of being on the phone is essential.
We offer full-time permanent work 38 hours / per week, including one Saturday per fortnight roster.
Excite Labs utilises Ai for inbound and outbound call handing so you will find yourself handling the more advance customer service inquires or sales closing for Ai call generated 'ready to buy' customers.
