AUTORE MODA is seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Store Assistant to join our team at a high‑end jewellery boutique. As a Retail Store Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Assist clients with product inquiries and sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organised store appearance.
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Handle phone and email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- An interest in fashion and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Initiative in helping the team with miscellaneous tasks during shop down time (i.e. marketing, socials, customer service engagement).
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Point of Sale systems.
- Availability to work Saturdays & Sundays as needed.
- Ability to work autonomously as there will only be one sales staff at a time.
