Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver programs under the Building Young Man suite of programs in Bathurst.
* Coordinate with participating schools and report on program outcomes to both partner schools and Head of Foundation & Community.
* Organise end-of-program celebrations and activities for Building Young Men programs.
* Coordinate all aspects of Building Young Men Programs in Bathurst, including recruitment, marketing materials, safeguarding, equipment, reporting, and support functions.
* Ongoing review and updating of Building Young Men programs throughout the year.
* Support other team members within the Panthers Foundation team.
* Support Panthers Foundation activities at home games in Bathurst and Penrith when possible.
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or placement.
* Tertiary qualification in social work, youth mentoring, or a relevant area.
* Current, valid driver's licence.
* Valid NSW Working with Children Check.
* Sports First Aid (or equivalent) and CPR certification.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proven communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding protocols.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience working in Rugby League, sports clubs, or community sports environments.
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating disability, community, or school-based sports.
* Experience in program evaluation or event coordination.
* Familiarity with culturally inclusive practices and community engagement strategies.
