This has added significant opportunity along with complexity and has opened up the door to bring in an experienced Plant Manager to run all facets of operations. The Role: Based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne and reporting to the General Manager; this is a senior leadership role overseeing Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Blending, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Technical functions across a high-speed beverage manufacturing site (100 staff). This role has further progressive pathways to General Manager anywhere from 3-5 years from now. The Person: As the successful candidate you will have: A recognised qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering or similar. Circa 4 - 8 years experience working as a Plant/Site/Operations Manager Manufacturing experience in batch-manufactured liquid products Exposure to unionised environments and driving operational excellence through change management Excellent time management and team leadership/mentoring skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A competitive salary is on offer along with benefits and the opportunity.
