Customer Success Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our Partner Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving proactive engagement with our merchant partners, executing on sales activities aligned with the team's growth objectives, and managing client queries in relation to our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong track record of phone-based roles, exposure to CRM and Microsoft suite, and experience dealing with financial products such as BNPL and long-term interest-free products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive proactive engagement with our merchant partners.
* Execute on sales activities aligned with the team's growth objectives.
* Liaising and working closely with the team to deliver targeted campaign outcomes.
* Manage client queries in relation to our products and services to further build business relationships.
* Identify opportunities within our partner base to grow our market share and expand business opportunities.
* Prepare and distribute partner reports across various cadences.
