Job description
John Dee is a Warwick institution operating since 1939. With over 700 staff members it is one of the largest local employers.
John Dee currently is in the process of implementing new software systems, MicrOpay for payroll and ConnX for HRIS.
As part of this changeover the company is seeking an additional payroll person to work with the current expert in MicrOpay and ConnX.
The successful applicant will be working in payroll and have excellent time management skills. John Dee will require the person to have good internal customer service skills.
Core Duties:
* Process weekly payroll efficiently and accurately
* Liaise with supervisors and managers regarding payroll matters
* Reconcile payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG, and other related obligations
* Prepare weekly and monthly payroll reports
